what a good day yesterday was for me...i didn't quite fit everything into my day...it seemed everything fell on Thursday Nov 27.
came to work...fit in a doctor's appt at 9:30...went to the ICU craft sale in the basement of our building and bought two awesome gemstone necklaces made by a co-workers' daughter (cat's eye and red agate) beautiful stones......
squeezed in my first appt at "Rejuvenate Day Spa"...this was exciting because of the new hair removal techniques out their now and I have committed to this process, I was so impressed with all the staff and my clinician who is an R.N. THANK YOU...
my last event of the day was working out at "Yoga Conexion" for a back/hips session..good way to end the day...I wanted to attend an Epicure party, as well at Stewart Valley but the drive is twice as long for me to get home after ..so I did not push myself for that one....sometimes everything happens in one day...too crazy!
all of these happenings fell into place and i seemed to have time for it all...oh and I actually did do some work at my desk as well. Women are so amazing because they can multi-task so well, don't you think?
a month early birthday - adjusting grief
I am 70 years old soon. Celebrating now for 2 reasons: My son is visiting and he can watch me blow out candles and eat birthday cake!! Next...

Rocky is thinking about moving his right hind quarter away from me which is what I want. He has to be able to move his hind quarters free...
