yes, this was made at our house this weekend and yes, we gobbled it up and it was made with real lemons and all the work that went into it (and you may well know that there are a lot of steps to making a home made lemon meringue pie) and then POOF it is gone.... I can still taste it....
this wonderful pie originally came from our friend Wendy and she made it with the "beef bourginion" when she visited last fall. Then a few days later I made it for Tom when he came home and now Tom made it this last weekend for valentines supper!
just had to take a picture as it came out of the oven....yummmmmmmm
