Tust, Gratitude, Inspiration Friday!
1. Who/what are you trusting today?
I am trusting my son Tom who has had a couple of disappointments since he came home and somehow can share his down feelings with us and then bounces back one step at a time. Not getting the job he hoped for and turning around and getting one that maybe isn't in his field of studies...he says he needs the security of cash and does not like to ask us for money. Such awesome spirit!

2. Who/what are you grateful for today?
I am grateful for the youth i encounter in my work day and at home. I am grateful for Tom who is 21 years old, our little horse Rascal who is 2 years old today. Such spirit these two have!

3. Who/ what is inspiring you today?
I am inspired by yoga and all that it does for me. I am not a flexible yogi but I feel so great every Friday because of Yoga class the night before. I am inspired by the mental focus it provides me each week.

That Yoga is such a feel good exercise..inside and out! I love it too Donna and there is no exercise that I have ever done that I look forward to very week!!!
