after a busy day and all is good i am sitting here having my sip of Sherry and blogging this post. Tom came home safe tonite and hungry as well, he looks like he needs a couple of good night sleeps .....he has brought home his youthful spirit!
We put the lights on our tree and our new angel .....
i love my new laptop, sitting by the xmas tree {smell the balsalm fir}), listening to "Celtic Christmas" music ......
I am at peace right now enjoying the soft white snow outside and watching the dog sleeping on the mat and the cat on her pillow....
Brian snoozing in his chair ...{nice} no worries or cares for now for the spirit of Christmas unfolds within me.

I am also glad that Tom is home and that the Kirk house is once again filled with the youthful Christmas spirit.... I didn't know you got a new laptop.. good for you Donna! I am sure many good hours will be spent blogging and reading blogs.. Merry Christmas to the Kirk's and may peace, love and laughter fill your house in our new year that is around the corner.
Boys love their Mom's cooking, I bet he couldn't wait to get home to some good home cooking. have a good night looks like your pitted in as long as someone keeps the Sherry coming :)
Sitting on a comfy chair by your tree having a little 'nip' while on your laptop blogging with your family not far away...now that's a 'heavenly night'! Love it!
